Ingredients: 4-5 Tomatoes, coconut, green chillies (1/2), onions, ginger-garlic paste, 3-4 Veges such as potatoes, beans, peas, carrots, turmeric, chilli powder, dhaniya powder, Salt, mustard seeds.
1. Grind tomatoes, coconut and green chillies. Keep aside.
2. Fry mustard seeds in oil.
3. Add ginger-garlic paste and fry a little.
4. Add the onions. Fry.
5. Add the vegetables. Fry it.
6. Add turmeric, chilli powder, dhaniya powder and salt.
7. Add the paste ground in Step 1, and sufficient water.
8. Cook in sim. Bring to boil.
