Chicken Curry

Ingredients: chicken, curd, ginger- garlic paste, turmeric, salt, dhaniya powder, onion, tomato, mustard seeds, oil.

1. Fry mustard seeds in oil. Add ginger-garlic paste.
2. Add onions. Fry it.
3. Add tomatoes. Fry it.
4. Add the chicken. Fry it a little.
5. Add turmeric, salt, dhaniya powder and curd together.
6. Add water.
7. Cook the chicken till it gets done. Coriander leaves to top it.

More onions and tomatoes, the better.
