1. Fry the mustard seeds in oil.
2. Add onion. Fry it.
3. Add tomato. Fry it.
4. Add potato. Fry it.
5. Add spinach.
6. Add dhaniya powder, salt, chilli powder, turmeric + water.
7. Cook and take off the stove.
